Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total price is required at the time of booking.  Reservations are not confirmed and can not be held until a deposit is received. All events must be paid in full two weeks before the scheduled event date.

All cancellations more than 180 days prior to the event date will result in a fee of 50% of the booking deposit. If the event is cancelled less than 180 days prior, the entire deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

Kitchen Cleaning Policy

Clients or their designee (caterer) are responsible for cleaning the kitchen area including: sweeping, mopping, emptying the trashcans, basic cleaning of all equipment and service pieces.

Cleaning Policy

Users are required to remove and appropriately dispose of all decorations immediately following an event unless prior arrangements have been made with the center staff. All trash must be taken to the dumpster located near the side entrance to the Main Hall.

Alcohol Policy

All users are required to follow all local and state laws concerning the service of alcoholic beverages at events. Users are responsible for obtaining the required permits or licenses to sell, serve or distribute alcohol at an event. All ABC licenses must be submitted to the center staff prior to the beginning of the event. These licenses will be displayed at the entrance to the service area. BYOB events opne to the general public are not permitted.

Security

Security is required for all events that are open to the general public when alcohol is served. Although private parties such as wedding receptions do not require security, other events such as proms and larger events may require officer(s).

Decorating Policy

Decorations are pemitted with advanced approval of the Center Manager. No postings or decorations are permitted on doors, windows, ceilings, mirrors or bathroom stalls. Easels and portable screens are available for postings at no charge. Absolutely nothing may be taped, pinned or otherwise affixed to the folding walls in the center.
